KARL LAGERFELD HOTEL TO OPEN IN MACAU
Karl Lagerfeld and Macau casino have announced plans for the Chanel designer to create his first 270 room hotel. Due to open in 2017, the 20-storey tower will be in Macau, which is the only place in China where gambling is legal.
Macau received an estimated $38 billion in gambling revenue in 2012, which is six times the revenues of the Las Vegas Strip.
& a Fabulous Statement from the man himself........
"An entire hotel designed by me. It's the first time for me! I think the idea is great!" said Lagerfeld in a statement.
